Nicely designed hotel that includes a bar and seating areas - indoors & outdoors. All staff were very helpful and gave great recommendations for local restaurants. The location is excellent. Easy walking to many restaurants, bars, port and sightseeing. Within 10 mins flat walk from the train station. Breakfast had many choices. Would definitely stay here again. La Rochelle proved to be a very interesting and pretty location, with plenty to do.

Good location on the Vieux Port, in the hearth of the city, not so far from the university as well. Very clean, nice good French breakfast.

Hotel staff booked a taxi for me the day of my departure but the taxi never came. I was running late for my flight. One of the hotel staff actually went on the bus with me, paid for my bus fair and took me to the nearest coach station and got a taxi for me there. i was able to catch me flight in time to get back home. In my case, this hotel staff went above and beyond helping me to get to the airport ok. As my next flight home wouldn't be in another 4 days. This hotel staff saved my extra days of accommodation and a flight ticket. for this reason, i would rate even higher if i could. i would Definitely stay at this hotel again but maybe arrange a pick up and drop off taxi service before hand.

Location was near the marina with everything in easy walking distance. Lovely little shaded courtyard area was a welcome retreat to enjoy a drink after a long day exploring. The pre-booked parking was a huge bonus. However what made our stay was the exceptionally friendly team who went out of their way to make this a memorable stay as nothing seemed to be too much trouble and every request was greeted with a smile - 1st class service!

A great location in the vieux port. It's a short stroll to the main attractions, with the terrific Aquarium & the Marine Museum close by, but it's far enough away that the racket of harbourside performers & crowds isn't audible. And the crowds are significant at nighttime. Nice quirky feel, as the building began life as a church. You can drop luggage off as there are some 15 minute parking spaces right outside the hotel's front door. Good petit-dejeuner. Longer parking is nearby in an underground car park; a 24 hour stay was around 20 euros, which is a steal in a tourist hotspot at the height of summer.

Location is great, close to the port and old part. Nice building, good rooms, we had two connected ones for the four of us. Very nice staff in the front desk. Good breakfast.

Ideally situated in the close to all the amenities of La Rochelle, close to all the carparks, rooms were good sizes, staff were helpful, price was very good for August. Highly recommend

Excellent location - railway station and port, downtown and reataurants 5 min away. Nice room, really pleasant inner yard. I liked Green deal :)
